Prices:
All our prices are in UK Pounds Sterling, please use the currency converter to work out the price in Euros or US Dollars. Your credit card company will automatically charge you in your country’s currency at the current exchange rate. Please note your payment will be identified on your statement as angelic weapons
Payment:
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Barclaycard, Delta, Switch, Solo and Maestro cards. Please select your chosen method of payment when requested on the order form. All credit card payments are encrypted for your security and we operate under a secure server. Secure Trading will be identified by the padlock in your browser.
We take your card security seriously and will never ask for credit card details in an email.
Alternatively Uk customers may order by post enclosing a cheque made payable to Angels Carrying Savage Weapons. When requested in your shopping cart tick on the option cheque/money order to complete the order and post to the address listed at the bottom of the form.
Ordering:
Apart from footwear, faux furs and gloves all our products are handmade to order. Delivery of your product will take between 2-3 weeks, but we will endeavour to get it to you as soon as possible. If you are in a hurry please contact us direct and we will try to get your order through as soon as we can.
Jewellery:
All jewellery is handmade to order in our studio, where a piece is a one off it will be noted in the description. Please note due to the nature of the stone and the fact each piece is hand cut and shaped there may be slight variations in colour or shape of the stone making each piece unique in its own right. We endeavour to produce and post a jewellery order out within seven working days. Jewellery can only be returned if found faulty.
Returns:
We do not sell products on approval all garments are handmade to order.
Please ensure you check your sizing against the size chart or have sent us the correct measurements required for each garment, see our sizing page for more information on how to measure yourself. All of our corsets and clothing are handmade to order in our own studio so we are unable to give refunds on garments ordered incorrectly due to the measurements not being correct.
We will happily exchange or give a credit note on gloves, faux furs or footwear as long as they are returned to us in the same condition they left the studio in an unworn state and with all tags and labels attached.
Also note lingerie can not be returned due to the personal nature of the garments.
Please note our bespoke made to measure service is non refundable unless the garment is faulty.If your corset needs returning or exchanging this must be done within 7 days of receipt of the item otherwise, we can not accept it.
No items should be returned before contacting us first.
All customers should ensure that the returned garment is packaged suitably with their name, address, order number, and brief note to explain the problem. Any garments which are returned to us in a worn state or damaged (faults which have not been reported before posting) will not be refunded.
Non EU Customers
Please ensure you mark your returned parcel with RETURN, otherwise Customs Duty and Local Tax will become payable. If this occurs we reserve the right to refuse the product or charge the customs and tax duty to you.
If you cancel your purchase within 7 days of placing the order and provided the goods have not been sent out or we have not started production we will give you a full refund. If you cancel the order after 7 days you will only receive 50% of the full amount paid by you.
The cost of the returned product is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty and then we will happily cover the postage costs. This only applies when the company is aware of the returning item and the costs incurred.
Our Bespoke service has no returns policy unless faulty when a credit note or exchange will be offered. The bespoke service carries a £50 surcharge on top of your chosen corset price. The bespoke service can take up to 4 weeks to dispatch. Please let us know if you need it sooner and we will endeavour to get it to you as soon as we can.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and materials, your corset should last you many happy years if looked after. Please follow the instructions on caring for your corset as faults due to broken bones and busks will not be covered with our exchange or returns policy.
Corset Care:
All our corsets are manufactured using Steel bones and busks. To avoid breaking the busk and bones please loosen off the lacing sufficiently to allow you to put on/take off easily. Once fastened pull the laces carefully to ensure an even take up on the body.
All corsets need dry cleaning as washing will eventually rust the bones, It is not necessary to dry clean after every wear as this puts as much wear and tear on the corset as actually wearing it, after wearing air your corset to freshen it up.
Wearing your corset:
If this is your first time putting on a corset it may be advisable to get help to ensure you lace it up evenly. Although our corsets can minimise your waist up to 2-4 inches it is advisable to do this gradually over time. The gap in the back looks very sexy but can be covered with a modesty panel.
Privacy Policy:
Angels Carrying Savage Weapons take your personal information and privacy very seriously, we will never disclose any personal information you give us during the ordering process to another commercial organisation or third party.
